Chiu Chen-chun

Chiu Chen-chun is a Taiwanese politician currently serving as a member of the Legislative Yuan. Born in 1971, he previously served in the Republic of China Military Police and held an M.B.A. from National Chi Nan University. His political career began with his election to the Miaoli County Council in 2014, where he served until 2018. He subsequently served as the mayor of Miaoli from 2018 until his election to the national legislature in 2024. Throughout his career, he has focused on local development, including efforts to legalize night markets in his jurisdiction.
