Chris Garten

Chris Garten is an American politician serving as a member of the Indiana Senate, representing District 45 since 2018. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps Reserve who served two combat tours in Iraq, Garten is also a business owner, having founded Signature Countertops, Inc. in 2007. During his tenure in the state senate, he has been recognized for his legislative work, including serving as the Senate Majority Floor Leader from 2022 to 2026. He is a graduate of Indiana University Southeast.
