Chris Toshiro Todd

Chris Toshiro Todd is an American politician serving as a Democratic member of the Hawaii House of Representatives. He has represented District 3, which includes Hilo, since his appointment by Governor David Ige in January 2017 to fill the vacancy left by the late Clift Tsuji. Todd holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and political science from the University of Hawaii at Hilo. He continues to serve in the state legislature, having been re-elected to his seat in subsequent election cycles.
