Christian Ruf

Christian Ruf is a German local politician serving as the Lord Mayor of Rottweil since December 2022. A member of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU), he previously served as the city's First Deputy Mayor starting in 2016. Ruf holds a doctorate in law and worked as a lawyer before transitioning into municipal administration. In addition to his mayoral duties, he has been a member of the Rottweil district council since 2019 and serves as an examiner for the state judicial examination office in Baden-Württemberg.
