Christine Akello

Christine Akello is a Ugandan politician currently serving as a Member of Parliament for Erute North in the Lira District. Representing the National Resistance Movement, she was elected to the eleventh Parliament of Uganda after defeating the incumbent candidate. In her legislative capacity, she serves on the Committee on Agriculture, Animal Industries and Fisheries. Akello has been involved in local infrastructure discussions, including public debates regarding community access roads in her constituency.
