Christine Herzog

Christine Herzog is a French politician who has served as a Senator for the Moselle department since 2017. Before her election to the Senate, she served as the Mayor of Hertzing from 2008 to 2018 and became a departmental councilor for the canton of Sarrebourg in 2015. Initially sitting as a non-affiliated member, she later became associated with the Centrist Union group. In addition to her political career, she has worked as a business manager. In 2022, she faced media allegations regarding the hiring of her spouse as a parliamentary assistant, which she has publicly contested.
