Christoph Zippel is a German politician and a member of the Landtag of Thuringia, representing the Christian Democratic Union (CDU). Born in 1982, he studied political science, sociology, and philosophy at the Technical University of Chemnitz before working for the Malteser Hilfsdienst. Zippel has served in local government in Altenburg since 2004 and has been a member of the Thuringian state parliament since 2014. He is actively involved in social and health policy and serves as the district chairman of the CDU in Altenburger Land.
