Cindy McLeish is an Australian politician who has served as a member of the Victorian Legislative Assembly since 2010. Representing the electorate of Eildon, she previously held the seat of Seymour until 2014. A member of the Liberal Party, McLeish served as the Deputy Leader of the Victorian Liberal Party from 2018 to 2021. Throughout her parliamentary career, she has held various shadow ministerial portfolios, including education, youth affairs, and, as of 2025, crime prevention. Before entering politics, she worked as a teacher, a psychologist, and as the CEO of Women's Golf Victoria.
