Collins Nzovu is a Zambian politician currently serving as the Minister of Water Development and Sanitation. A member of the United Party for National Development (UPND), he was elected as the Member of Parliament for the Nangoma constituency in the 2021 general election. Following his election, he was appointed to the cabinet by President Hakainde Hichilema, initially serving as the Minister of Green Economy and Environment before transitioning to his current ministerial portfolio in June 2024.
