Luiz Armando Schroeder Reis, known as Coronel Armando, is a Brazilian politician, lawyer, and retired colonel of the Brazilian Army. He served as a Federal Deputy for the state of Santa Catarina, elected in 2018, and was noted for his close political alignment with former President Jair Bolsonaro, serving as a Deputy Leader of the Federal Government in the Chamber of Deputies. Beyond his legislative career, he has held positions in civil defense and has been an active member of the Rotary Club.
