Heitor Schuch

Heitor Schuch is a Brazilian politician and family farmer currently serving as a Member of the Chamber of Deputies representing the state of Rio Grande do Sul. Born in Santa Cruz do Sul, he built his early career in the labor movement, serving as president of the Rural Workers' Union and the Federation of Rural Workers (FETAG/RS). Before his election to the federal legislature in 2014, he served as a state deputy in Rio Grande do Sul. Throughout his parliamentary career, he has focused on agricultural policy, rural development, and social welfare, often aligning with progressive causes while maintaining a strong connection to his roots in the rural labor sector.
