Cuauhtémoc Blanco Bravo is a Mexican politician and former professional footballer who currently serves as a member of the Chamber of Deputies. Widely regarded as one of the greatest Mexican footballers of all time, he enjoyed a prolific career as a forward and attacking midfielder, notably playing for Club América and the Mexico national team. Following his retirement from sports, he transitioned into politics, serving as the mayor of Cuernavaca from 2015 to 2018 and as the Governor of Morelos from 2018 to 2024.
