Yeidckol Polevnsky Gurwitz is a Mexican politician currently serving as a Senator of the Republic. Born in Mexico City, she began her career as a business leader, becoming the first woman to preside over the National Chamber of the Transformation Industry (CANACINTRA) from 2002 to 2004. She later transitioned into politics, serving as a senator from 2006 to 2012 and as a federal deputy from 2021 to 2024. A prominent figure in the National Regeneration Movement (MORENA), she served as the party's General Secretary and later as its National President, playing a key role in the 2018 electoral victory of Andrés Manuel López Obrador.
