Dagmar Heib is a German politician and member of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU). She has served as a member of the Landtag of Saarland since 2004 and currently holds the position of First Vice President of the Landtag. A lawyer by training, Heib previously worked in Brussels for European associations and as a scientific assistant for the CDU parliamentary group. In addition to her legislative duties, she has been a city councilor in Dillingen since 1994 and serves as the president of the DLRG Saar state association.
