Dai Nakaya is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Tochigi Prefectural Assembly. Representing the electoral district of Oyama City and Nogi Town, he is currently in his third term of office. Within the assembly, he is affiliated with the Democratic Citizens Club and contributes to the Prefectural Administration Management Committee, the Steering Committee, and the Assembly Reform Study Group. He maintains his office in Oyama City, Tochigi Prefecture.
