近藤 大輔

Daisuke Kondo is a Japanese politician currently serving his fifth term as a member of the Kanagawa Prefectural Assembly, representing the Zushi and Hayama district. Born in 1969, he spent part of his youth in Saudi Arabia, an experience that shaped his long-standing commitment to environmental conservation. Before his election to the prefectural assembly in 2007, he served as a Zushi City Council member and was active in various environmental volunteer organizations, including the founding of the 'Clean Peace' group and the 'Blue Moon' recycling-based beach facility. In 2024, he assumed the role of Vice-Chairman of the Kanagawa Prefectural Assembly. His political platform emphasizes sustainable urban development, local cooperation, and environmental protection.
