Dan Caddy is an Australian politician who has served as a member of the Western Australian Legislative Council since 2021. Representing the Labor Party for the North Metropolitan region, he was re-elected to the council in 2025. Following his re-election, he was appointed as the Parliamentary Secretary to the Attorney General and to the Ministers for Commerce, Tertiary and International Education, and Multicultural Affairs. Prior to his parliamentary career, Caddy worked as a small business owner and a ministerial adviser. He has contributed to various parliamentary committees, including the Procedure and Privileges Committee and the Standing Committee on Estimates and Financial Operations.
