David Gregory Pisoni is an Australian politician who served as a member of the South Australian House of Assembly, representing the electorate of Unley from 2006 until 2026. A member of the South Australian Liberal Party, he previously served as the Minister for Industry and Skills and later as the Minister for Innovation and Skills in the Marshall ministry between 2018 and 2022. Before entering politics, Pisoni was a successful furniture manufacturer and business owner who trained numerous apprentices. Throughout his parliamentary career, he held various shadow ministerial portfolios, including education, training, and small business.
