Danaé Michaux Maimone is a Belgian politician representing the Marxist party PVDA-PTB. Born in Brussels in July 1986, she worked for nine years as a warehouse worker and sales clerk at Colruyt and was a trade union delegate for the Christian trade union CSC, where she participated in social struggles against pension reforms and wage norm laws. In June 2024, she was elected to the Brussels-Capital Region Parliament, where she serves as vice-chair of the Mobility Committee and a member of the Environment and Energy Committee, and she has also served as a municipal councilor in Saint-Gilles since December 2024.
