Gaby Colebunders

Gaby Colebunders is a Belgian politician and trade unionist currently serving as a member of the Flemish Parliament representing Limburg. Born in Genk, he spent 25 years working at the Ford Genk factory, where he became a prominent trade union representative and a vocal opponent of the plant's closure. Before his election to the Flemish Parliament in 2024, he served as a member of the Belgian Chamber of Representatives from 2019 to 2024 and as a municipal councilor in Genk. A member of the Workers' Party of Belgium, Colebunders is known for his long-standing commitment to labor rights and grassroots activism.
