Daniel Jositsch

Daniel Jositsch is a Swiss attorney, professor of law, and politician serving as a member of the Council of States representing the Canton of Zürich. Born in Zurich, he pursued legal studies at the University of St. Gallen and later became a full professor of criminal law at the University of Zurich. He previously served on the Cantonal Council of Zürich and the National Council before winning election to the Council of States in 2015. He has also been active in legal academia and public service.
