An engineer and law graduate by training, she studied chemical technological equipment at the Polytechnic Institute of Bucharest and later earned degrees from Alexandru Ioan Cuza University and Spiru Haret University, alongside financial management courses at the Open University. Before her election to the Senate, she worked in corporate management and served in public administration roles, including positions within the Prime Minister's Control Body and the Ministry of Economy.
