Đào Hồng Lan is a Vietnamese politician serving as the Minister of Health and a Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam. Born in July 1971 in Hai Duong province, she holds a Master's degree in Economics and graduated from the National Economics University. Throughout her career, she has held significant leadership roles including Deputy Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee, and Head of the Bac Ninh National Assembly Delegation. As Minister of Health, she has focused on strengthening public health management, steering legislative reforms such as the Pharmacy Law and Health Insurance Law, and promoting public health initiatives including tobacco control measures.
