Dara Singh Chauhan

Dara Singh Chauhan is an Indian politician currently serving as a Member of the Legislative Council in Uttar Pradesh. A prominent leader representing backward castes, he has held various significant positions throughout his career, including serving as a two-term Member of Parliament in the Rajya Sabha and as a member of the 15th Lok Sabha. He previously served as the Minister of Forest, Environment, and Zoological Garden in the Government of Uttar Pradesh. Throughout his political journey, he has been associated with the Indian National Congress, the Samajwadi Party, the Bahujan Samaj Party, and the Bharatiya Janata Party.
