Darko Milinović is a Croatian politician and gynecologist currently serving as the Mayor of Gospić. Born in 1963, he graduated from the University of Zagreb School of Medicine and practiced as a gynecologist, later directing the Gospić General Hospital. A former member of the Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ), he held significant national roles including Minister of Health and Social Welfare from 2008 to 2011 and Deputy Speaker of the Croatian Parliament.
