Dave Rustebakke

Dave Rustebakke is an American farmer and politician currently serving as a member of the North Dakota House of Representatives. He has represented the state's 20th district since his appointment to the legislature in 2026, filling the vacancy created by the resignation of Jared Hagert. Prior to his legislative service, Rustebakke worked for eight years as the legislative director for the North Dakota Farm Bureau, where he gained significant experience in agricultural policy and advocacy.
