Dave Yaccarino

Dave Yaccarino is an American politician serving as a Republican member of the Connecticut House of Representatives, representing the 87th district since 2010. A resident of North Haven, he has owned a local business, DJ's Sports Collectibles and Comics, since 1991 and is a former supply technician in the U.S. Navy Reserve. In the legislature, he has served as the ranking Republican on the Veterans Affairs Committee and holds memberships on the Finance, Revenue and Bonding, Public Safety and Security, and Energy and Technology Committees. Yaccarino has been noted for his support of school funding legislation and his conservative stance on gun control, having received an A rating from the NRA Political Victory Fund.
