David Bullard

David Bullard is an American politician serving as a member of the Oklahoma Senate, representing District 6 since 2018. Before his election to the state legislature, he worked as a history and government teacher at Denison High School. A member of the Republican Party, Bullard is known for his conservative legislative agenda, which has included proposing the Millstone Act of 2023 to restrict gender-affirming healthcare and authoring legislation to limit Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs in higher education. He has also introduced constitutional amendments aimed at banning abortion in the state.
