David Haggan

David Haggan is an American politician currently serving as a member of the Maine Senate, a position he has held since December 2024. Prior to his election to the Senate, he served as a member of the Maine House of Representatives from 2016 to 2024, representing his district through multiple terms. A graduate of the University of Maine, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in 1989, Haggan previously worked as a middle school social studies teacher in Regional School Unit 22.
