David Hilditch

David Hilditch was a Northern Irish politician who served as a Member of the Northern Ireland Assembly (MLA) for East Antrim from 1998 until his resignation in 2023. A member of the Democratic Unionist Party, he previously served on the Carrickfergus Borough Council, including terms as mayor. Throughout his career, he was active on various committees, including those focused on employment, learning, and culture. Hilditch passed away in November 2023 at the age of 60 following a battle with cancer.
