David Jacoby

David Jacoby is an American politician serving as a member of the Iowa House of Representatives, representing the 86th District since 2003. Born in 1956 and raised in Marion, Iowa, he earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Northern Iowa. Outside of his legislative career, Jacoby is a small business owner who operates an estate sales company. During his tenure in the Iowa House, he has served on several key committees, including Appropriations, Human Resources, and State Government, and has held the position of chair for the Commerce committee.
