David W. Osborne

David W. Osborne is an American politician serving as the Speaker of the Kentucky House of Representatives. First elected to the Kentucky House of Representatives in 2005 to represent the 59th district, he has held the speakership since 2019, making him the longest-serving Republican speaker in the state's history. Before his legislative career, Osborne worked as an auditor for the Farm Credit Administration and as a real estate agent. He is known for his focus on fiscal policy and agricultural interests, maintaining a long-standing career in both public service and private investment consulting.
