Deborah K. Ross

Deborah K. Ross is an American politician and lawyer serving as the U.S. Representative for North Carolina's 2nd congressional district since 2021. Previously, she served in the North Carolina House of Representatives from 2003 to 2013 and worked as the state director for the ACLU of North Carolina. A member of the Democratic Party, Ross has focused her legislative career on infrastructure investment, expanding access to healthcare, and supporting semiconductor manufacturing. She is a graduate of Brown University and the University of North Carolina School of Law.
