Deepak Khadka is a Nepalese politician and a member of the 2nd Federal Parliament of Nepal, representing the Sankhuwasabha 1 constituency. A member of the Nepali Congress, he previously served as the Minister of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation from July 2024 to September 2025. His political career includes prior service as a member of the 2nd Nepalese Constituent Assembly and as the Minister of State for Water Supply and Sanitation in 2016. He continues to be an active figure in Nepalese legislative affairs.
