Denys Uliutin

Denys Uliutin is a Ukrainian politician serving as the Minister of Social Policy, Family and Unity since July 2025. A career civil servant, he previously held the position of First Deputy Minister of Finance from 2020 to 2025 and served in the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers. Uliutin holds a master's degree in finance from the National Academy of the State Tax Service. In his current role, he focuses on the digitalization of social services, the integration of social assistance with European Union standards, and the implementation of fiscal realism to ensure the sustainability of social programs.
