Oleksii Sobolev

Oleksii Sobolev is a Ukrainian politician and government official currently serving as the Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine since July 2025. Before his ministerial appointment, he held several high-level government positions, including First Deputy Minister of Economy and Deputy Minister of Economy for Digital Development. Prior to his career in government, Sobolev worked extensively in the financial and investment sectors, notably as an asset manager at Dragon Asset Management and as the head of the state enterprise Prozorro.Sale. He is a graduate of the Kyiv National Economic University and holds a financial analyst certificate from the CFA Institute.
