Devendra Pratap Singh is an Indian politician currently serving as a Member of Parliament in the Rajya Sabha, representing the state of Chhattisgarh. A member of the Bharatiya Janata Party, he was announced as a candidate for the upper house in February 2024. Born into the Gond dynasty, he is the son of former MLA and Rajya Sabha member Raja Surendra Kumar Singh and the grandson of Raja Chakradhar Singh of Raigarh State. He holds a background in history, having completed his education at Rajkumar College in Raipur and St. Stephen's College at the University of Delhi.
