Dharmjeet Singh Thakur

Dharmjeet Singh Thakur is an Indian politician and member of the Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly, currently serving as the MLA from the Takhatpur assembly constituency. He began his political career through student politics under the mentorship of Vidya Charan Shukla and was first elected to the assembly from Lormi in 1998 representing the Indian National Congress, later serving as Deputy Speaker. After joining the Janta Congress Chhattisgarh in 2016, he aligned with the Bharatiya Janata Party in August 2023.
