Dickson Masemola

Dickson Masemola is a South African politician who has served as the Deputy Minister for the Department of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs since June 2024. A long-time member of the African National Congress, he previously held various positions in the Limpopo provincial government, including Member of the Executive Council for Education, Transport, and Public Works. Before his national appointment, he served as a delegate to the National Council of Provinces and as the Executive Mayor of the Sekhukhune District Municipality. He holds a doctorate in administration from the University of Limpopo and has been active in South African politics since the early 1990s.
