Dido Harding, Baroness Harding of Winscombe, is a British businesswoman and Conservative life peer. Appointed to the House of Lords in 2014, she has served on the Economic Affairs Committee. Outside of her parliamentary duties, she has held significant leadership roles, including CEO of TalkTalk Group and chair of NHS Improvement. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she led the NHS Test and Trace programme and served as interim chief executive of the UK Health Security Agency. She is a prominent figure in the horse racing industry and serves on the board of the Jockey Club.
