Dinara Naumova is a Kazakhstani politician and social activist serving as a member of the Majilis of the Parliament of Kazakhstan since 2023. Born with cerebral palsy, she has become a prominent advocate for disability inclusion, notably opening the first inclusive fitness center for children with special needs in Kabanbay Batyr village in 2022. She previously served on the Presidential Youth Policy Council and the Public Council of the Ministry of Information and Social Development. In 2021, she was awarded the 'Tәuelsіzdіk Urpaqtary' grant by President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev for her contributions to social welfare.
