Dmytro Lubinets is a Ukrainian politician and lawyer who has served as the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) since July 2022. Previously, he served as a People's Deputy of Ukraine for the VIII and IX convocations, where he chaired the Committee on Human Rights, De-occupation and Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories. Before his national political career, he was a member of the Volnovakha City Council and worked as a private entrepreneur and legal professional. He holds degrees in international relations and law.
