Donald Bennett

Donald Lee Bennett is an American politician serving as a Republican member of the West Virginia House of Delegates for the 94th district. Appointed by Governor Patrick Morrisey in March 2026 to fill the vacancy left by the late Larry Kump, Bennett brings a background in military service and the private sector to the legislature. Before entering politics, he served for eight years as a Cavalry Scout in the United States Army and currently works as a health care consultant and small business owner. A resident of Martinsburg for nearly two decades, he represents Berkeley County in the state house.
