Donald Cameron

Donald Cameron, Baron Cameron of Lochiel, is a British politician and the 28th Chief of Clan Cameron. He served as a Member of the Scottish Parliament for the Highlands and Islands region from 2016 to 2024, where he held various shadow cabinet roles, including Shadow Cabinet Secretary for the Constitution, External Affairs and Culture. In 2024, he was appointed Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Scotland and subsequently created a life peer, entering the House of Lords. Before his political career, he worked as an advocate for ten years specializing in public, agricultural, and crofting law.
