Donna Bailey

Donna Bailey is an American politician and attorney serving as a member of the Maine Senate, representing District 31. Born in 1961 and raised in Berlin, New Hampshire, she pursued a legal career after graduating from the University of Maine School of Law. Before her election to the Senate in 2020, she served in the Maine House of Representatives starting in 2016 and held the position of York County Judge of Probate. Throughout her legislative career, she has focused on judiciary matters, probate code reform, and appropriations.
