Dora Alicia Moreno Méndez is a Mexican politician and a member of the Comcaac (Seri) indigenous people. She currently serves as a federal deputy in the LXVI Legislature of the Mexican Congress, representing the National Regeneration Movement (Morena) for the 2024–2027 term. Prior to her legislative career, she held roles within the Morena state committee in Sonora and served as the subdirector of Comcaac Community Liaison for the Sonora state government. In the Chamber of Deputies, she is active in the committees for Culture and Cinematography, Fisheries, and Indigenous and Afro-Mexican Peoples.
