Douglas Trottier

Douglas R. Trottier is an American politician currently serving as a member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, representing the Belknap 6 district. Before entering state politics, he had a distinguished 27-year career in law enforcement as a police officer. After an unsuccessful run for the board of selectmen in Belmont, New Hampshire, in 2019, he was elected to the state legislature in 2020. Trottier resides in Belmont with his family and has pursued further education in law.
