Frederico de Castro Escaleira, known professionally as Dr. Frederico, is a Brazilian politician currently serving as a member of the Chamber of Deputies representing the state of Minas Gerais. First elected in 2019, he has focused his legislative work on health policy, including serving on the Committee on Health and various special committees dedicated to cancer prevention and maternal health. From 2021 to 2022, he served as the chairman of the committee for the rights of the elderly.
