Dragan Čović

Dragan Čović is a Bosnian Croat politician serving as a member of the national House of Peoples and as president of the Croatian Democratic Union of Bosnia and Herzegovina (HDZ BiH). A long-standing political figure, he previously served twice as the Croat member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina from 2002 to 2005 and from 2014 to 2018, as well as Federal Minister of Finance and Acting Prime Minister. Holding a PhD from the University of Mostar, he has played a prominent role in constitutional reform negotiations and national governance.
