Dragutin Papović is a Montenegrin politician and historian currently serving as a Member of the Parliament of Montenegro. A member of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS), he has been active in the legislative assembly, including his participation in the 11th convocation. Beyond his political career, Papović is an academic and historian who has contributed to the study of modern Montenegrin history and has held a faculty position at the University of Montenegro.
